How it's happening

Root.1 was born from a simple idea: if AI is going to change how we work, shouldn't employees be the ones controlling that change? We noticed too many companies approaching AI as something that happens to workers, not with them.

We thought about a system where the people doing the work could decide what gets automated. A system keeping humans in control of the technology, not the other way around.

Today, we're building a platform that makes automation accessible without requiring technical expertise. Our approach is rooted in the belief that the best AI solutions are the ones that amplify human capabilities rather than replace them.
